That’s So Greek produces products inspired by the heritage of the Divine Nine (D9) organizations. Many of these designs may include protected marks, colors, and symbols governed by licensing agreements. By purchasing any items affiliated with specific fraternities or sororities, you confirm that you are either:

A verified member of the corresponding organization;
Purchasing as a gift for a verified member;
Or you have received appropriate authorization from the organization.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if verification of affiliation is not provided when required.

Unauthorized use or resale of our Greek paraphernalia may result in legal action or reporting to the licensing organization.

3. Products & Customization

Our products are custom-designed and made-to-order. We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee exact matches due to screen variations.

We reserve the right to change product offerings, descriptions, or pricing at any time without notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax or shipping fees.
We accept payment through Shopify-approved payment gateways (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
That’s So Greek reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or issues with payment processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery time: Varies based on shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on location and product.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address entries.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom or limited edition, all sales are final.

However, we will gladly replace items if:

The product arrives damaged or defective;
An incorrect item is sent due to our error.

To request a replacement, email us at Thatssogreeks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. You must include:

Order number;
Clear photo(s) of the item(s);
Description of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and send a replacement item at no cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, slogans, product designs, images, fonts, and layout, is the property of That’s So Greek or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
